Terms and conditions

1.      Additional charges are applicable for traveling outside Klang Valley or Melaka.

2.      50% deposit is payable upon confirmation. Deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

3.      All video tapes and photos are handled with care. However, in event of lost or damage on video footage, or any other losses to customer in unforeseen circumstances, Dengkil Video Production is only liable and limited to the refund of deposit. 

4.      Additional copy of the VCD is chargeable at RM10 per copy.

5.      Karaoke song title list will be provided for viewing before editing.

6.      Free replacement for any defective VCD within 7 days after sales.
