Terms and conditions
1. Door to door service could be arranged. Aditional charges are applicable for traveling
outside Klang Valley or Melaka.
2. Full amount should be paid while sending us the photos by mail.
3. In the event of lost or damage to photos while we receive or send to you by mail
or by hand, or any other unforeseen
circumstances, Dengkil Video Production is only liable and limited to the refund of your payment, or sending again edited
VCD without refund.
4.
Additional copy of the VCD is chargeable at RM10 per copy.
5.
Free replacement for any defective VCD within
7 days after sales.
